إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree.

Surat Al-Qadr menekankan pentingnya Malam Kemuliaan saat Al-Quran pertama kali diturunkan, yang nilainya melebihi seribu bulan. Pada malam tersebut, malaikat turun membawa ketentraman dan pengaturan segala urusan hingga fajar menyingsing.
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ
And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?
لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.
تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
