Surat Yaa Siin menegaskan kenabian Muhammad sebagai rasul yang diutus pada jalan lurus, membawa peringatan bagi umat yang lalai. Kebanyakan manusia tetap tidak beriman meski diberi peringatan, namun Allah tetap memberi kabar gembira bagi yang takut kepada-Nya dan mengikuti petunjuk.
أَوَلَيْسَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَى أَنْ يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُم بَلَى وَهُوَ الْخَلَّاقُ الْعَلِيمُ
Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator.
إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ
His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.
فَسُبْحَانَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned.
