ASH SHAAFFAAT (YANG BER SHAF-SHAF) — Ayat 3

فَالتَّالِيَاتِ ذِكْرًا

And those who recite the message,

{The reciters of the Qur’an} meaning the reciters of the Qur’an recite it {remembrance} is a noun derived from the meaning of the word “reciters.”
