ASH SHAAFFAAT (YANG BER SHAF-SHAF) — Ayat 2

فَالزَّاجِرَاتِ زَجْرًا

And those who drive [the clouds]

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And the angels who drive the clouds with a driving force} The angels drive the clouds, that is, they drive them.
