AR RA'D (GURUH) — Ayat 12
12
هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ
It is He who shows you lightening, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.
Tafsir
Is the one who shows you the lightning for fear travelers lightning and hope for the resident in the rain and creates creates rain clouds Heavies.
