AN NAJM (BINTANG) — Ayat 6

ذُو مِرَّةٍ فَاسْتَوَى

One of soundness. And he rose to [his] true form

{Once} strength and intensity or a good appearance, i.e. Gabriel, peace be upon him. {So he became established} became stable.
