YUNUS — Ayat 42
42
وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُواْ لاَ يَعْقِلُونَ
And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf to hear, although they will not use reason?
Tafsir
Some of them listen to you if you read the Koran a then you hear the deaf likens them not to use them in what they recited with if they do not understand deafness ponder.
