YAA SIIN — Ayat 10

وَسَوَاء عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ
And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.
Tafsir
{And it is the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.} By realizing the two hamzas and replacing the second with an alif, making it easier and inserting an alif between the facilitated one and the other, and leaving it out, {or you do not warn them - they will not believe.}
