THAAHAA — Ayat 108
That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps].
Tafsir
{On that Day} meaning the day when the mountains are blown away {they will follow} meaning the people after rising from the graves {the caller} to the gathering place with his voice, and he is Israfil, saying: Come to the presentation of the Most Merciful {there is no crookedness in it} meaning to their following: meaning they will not be able to avoid getting tired {and the voices will be hushed} they will be quiet {before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper} the sound of the footsteps in their being taken to the gathering place, like the sound of the hooves of camels in their walking.
