Surah ke-34 · 54 ayat
SABA' (KAUM SABA') — Ayat 5
5
وَالَّذِينَ سَعَوْا فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مِّن رِّجْزٍ أَلِيمٌ
But those who strive against Our verses [seeking] to cause failure - for them will be a painful punishment of foul nature.
Tafsir
{And those who strive to} invalidate {Our signs} the Qur’an {out of reach} and in a reading here and in what follows {out of reach}, that is, they estimate our inability or race us so that we will escape because they think that there is no resurrection or punishment {those will have a punishment of a painful punishment} a bad punishment {painful} painful in the accusative and nominative as an attribute of punishment or torment.
