Surah ke-71 · 28 ayat
NUH (NABI NUH) — Ayat 4
4
يَغْفِرْ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُؤَخِّرْكُمْ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى إِنَّ أَجَلَ اللَّهِ إِذَا جَاء لَا يُؤَخَّرُ لَوْ كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
Allah will forgive you of your sins and delay you for a specified term. Indeed, the time [set by] Allah , when it comes, will not be delayed, if you only knew.' "
Tafsir
{He will forgive you some of your sins} is redundant, as Islam forgives what came before it, or it is a partial particle to remove the rights of the servants {and He will delay you} without punishment {for a specified term} the term of death {Indeed, the term of God} for your punishment if you do not believe {when it comes, it will not be delayed. If you only knew} that, you would have believed.
