HUUD — Ayat 4
4
إِلَى اللّهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
To Allah is your return, and He is over all things competent."
Tafsir
Marjekm to God, which over all things and reward and torment him.
