HUUD — Ayat 110
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ فَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلاَ كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ
And We had certainly given Moses the Scripture, but it came under disagreement. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord, it would have been judged between them. And indeed they are, concerning the Qur'an, in disquieting doubt.
Tafsir
We gave Moses the Book Torah differed in which credible and disbelief Qur'aan but not a word preceded from your Lord delay calculation, and the penalty for the creations to the Day of Resurrection to spent them in the world with differed concerning it, and they any rejecters do in doubt him suspiciously site in suspicion.
