Surah ke-39 · 75 ayat

AZ ZUMAR (ROMBONGAN-ROMBONGAN) — Ayat 8

8

وَإِذَا مَسَّ الْإِنسَانَ ضُرٌّ دَعَا رَبَّهُ مُنِيبًا إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلَهُ نِعْمَةً مِّنْهُ نَسِيَ مَا كَانَ يَدْعُو إِلَيْهِ مِن قَبْلُ وَجَعَلَ لِلَّهِ أَندَادًا لِّيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ قُلْ تَمَتَّعْ بِكُفْرِكَ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ

And when adversity touches man, he calls upon his Lord, turning to Him [alone]; then when He bestows on him a favor from Himself, he forgets Him whom he called upon before, and he attributes to Allah equals to mislead [people] from His way. Say, "Enjoy your disbelief for a little; indeed, you are of the companions of the Fire."

Tafsir

{And when harm befalls man} meaning the disbeliever {he calls upon his Lord} humbly {turning [to Him]} turning {to Him. Then when He bestows upon him a favor} gives him a blessing {from Him, he forgets} abandons {that which he used to call upon} humbly {to Him before} which is God, so there is no place for {and God has made equals} partners {to mislead} with the opening of the ya’ and its damma {from His way} the religion of Islam {Say, "Enjoy your disbelief for a little} the remainder of your life {indeed, you are of the companions of the Fire}.
