AZ ZUMAR (ROMBONGAN-ROMBONGAN) — Ayat 19

أَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِي النَّارِ

Then, is one who has deserved the decree of punishment [to be guided]? Then, can you save one who is in the Fire?

Tafsir

{Is he upon whom the word of punishment has come into effect?} That is, {I will surely fill Hell.} {Will you then save} bring out {one who is in the Fire?} The answer to the condition, and the apparent is used in it in place of the implicit, and the hamza is for denial, and the meaning is that you are not able to guide him and save him from the Fire.
