AT TAKWIR (MENGGULUNG) — Ayat 20
20
ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ
[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],
Tafsir
{Possessor of power} meaning very powerful {with the Lord of the Throne} meaning God Almighty {established} of a position related to it with.
