AT TAKWIR (MENGGULUNG) — Ayat 17

وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا عَسْعَسَ

And by the night as it closes in

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And the night when it covers with darkness} when it approaches or departs with its darkness.
