AT TAKWIR (MENGGULUNG) — Ayat 10

وَإِذَا الصُّحُفُ نُشِرَتْ

And when the pages are made public

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And when the pages} the pages of deeds {are spread out} with emphasis and fat-ha, fat-ha and spread out.
