ASH SHAAFFAAT (YANG BER SHAF-SHAF) — Ayat 13

وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا لَا يَذْكُرُونَ

And when they are reminded, they remember not.

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And when they are reminded} and admonished by the Qur’an {they do not remember} they do not take heed.
