AR RA'D (GURUH) — Ayat 39
39
يَمْحُو اللّهُ مَا يَشَاء وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ
Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
Tafsir
Erase God him what he wants and proven mitigation and emphasize what it pleases, and other provisions of and the book has its origin or who does not change anything from him, which was written in eternity.
