AN NUUR (CAHAYA) — Ayat 26
الْخَبِيثَاتُ لِلْخَبِيثِينَ وَالْخَبِيثُونَ لِلْخَبِيثَاتِ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلطَّيِّبِينَ وَالطَّيِّبُونَ لِلطَّيِّبَاتِ أُوْلَئِكَ مُبَرَّؤُونَ مِمَّا يَقُولُونَ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ
Evil words are for evil men, and evil men are [subjected] to evil words. And good words are for good men, and good men are [an object] of good words. Those [good people] are declared innocent of what the slanderers say. For them is forgiveness and noble provision.
Tafsir
The wicked women and words are for the wicked men, and the wicked men are for the wicked women, as mentioned. The good women are for the good men, and the good men are for the good women. That is, what is appropriate for the wicked is like him, and for the good is like him. Those good men and women, including Aisha and Safwan, are innocent of what they say. That is, the wicked men and women are for them. For them, the good men and women, is forgiveness and a generous provision in Paradise. Aisha boasted of things, including that she was created good and promised forgiveness and a generous provision.
