AN NISAA' (WANITA) — Ayat 98
98
إِلاَّ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاء وَالْوِلْدَانِ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلاَ يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلاً
Except for the oppressed among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan nor are they directed to a way -
Tafsir
Only vulnerable men, women and children who can not trick does not force them to emigrate or maintenance nor path guided way to the land of immigration.
