AN NAHL (LEBAH) — Ayat 35

35

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ لَوْ شَاء اللّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ نَّحْنُ وَلا آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ إِلاَّ الْبَلاغُ الْمُبِينُ

And those who associate others with Allah say, "If Allah had willed, we would not have worshipped anything other than Him, neither we nor our fathers, nor would we have forbidden anything through other than Him." Thus did those do before them. So is there upon the messengers except [the duty of] clear notification?

Tafsir

And those who have been involved of the people of Mecca if God wills what Abdna without him nothing we nor our fathers nor denied without him nothing of Seaaúr and bulk Vahrakna and Tharimana His will is satisfied with it, he says: So did those before them any lied The Lord brought him what Is the Apostles, but the author described only author enmities and they do not have guidance.
