ALI 'IMRAN (KELUARGA 'IMRAN) — Ayat 82

فَمَن تَوَلَّى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
Tafsir
It took introduce Charter then they are the transgressors .
