AL WAAQI'AH (HARI KIAMAT) — Ayat 3

خَافِضَةٌ رَّافِعَةٌ

It will bring down [some] and raise up [others].

Tafsir

{Lowering and Raising} meaning it is a manifestation of the lowering of some people by their entering Hell and the raising of others by their entering Paradise.
