AL QAMAR (BULAN) — Ayat 14
14
تَجْرِي بِأَعْيُنِنَا جَزَاء لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ
Sailing under Our observation as reward for he who had been denied.
Tafsir
{It runs before Our eyes} in our sight, meaning preserved {as a reward} in the accusative case with an implied verb, meaning they drowned as a victory {for him who disbelieved} which is Noah, peace be upon him. It was read as disbelieved in the active form, meaning they drowned as a punishment.
