AL MUTHAFFIFIIN (ORANG-ORANG YANG CURANG) — Ayat 2

الَّذِينَ إِذَا اكْتَالُواْ عَلَى النَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ
Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full.
