AL MUNAAFIQUUN (ORANG-ORANG MUNAFIK) — Ayat 10
And spend [in the way of Allah ] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be among the righteous."
Tafsir
{And spend} in zakat {from what We have provided for you before death comes to one of you and he says, “My Lord, why would You not delay me for a short term so I could give charity”} by assimilating the ta’ in the original into the sad, “I give charity from zakat” {and be among the righteous} by performing Hajj. Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, said: No one falls short in zakat and Hajj except that he asks to be returned at death.
