AL MA'ARIJ (TEMPAT-TEMPAT NAIK) — Ayat 13

وَفَصِيلَتِهِ الَّتِي تُؤْويهِ

And his nearest kindred who shelter him

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And his clan} is his tribe, from which he is separated {which shelters him} embraces him.
