AL KAHFI (GUA) — Ayat 7
7
إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا مَا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ زِينَةً لَّهَا لِنَبْلُوَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا
Indeed, We have made that which is on the earth adornment for it that We may test them [as to] which of them is best in deed.
Tafsir
{Indeed, We made what is on the earth} of animals, plants, trees, rivers, and other things {an adornment for it that We may test them} to test people by observing that {which of them is best in deed} in it, that is, most uninterested in it.
