AL INSYIQAAQ (TERBELAH) — Ayat 18

وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ

And [by] the moon when it becomes full

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And the moon when it is full} when its light is complete and complete, and that is during the white nights.
