AL HASYR (PENGUSIRAN) — Ayat 7
مَّا أَفَاء اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَى فَلِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاء مِنكُمْ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ
And what Allah restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns - it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and orphans and the [stranded] traveler - so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allah ; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.
Tafsir
{What Allah has bestowed upon His Messenger from the people of the towns} such as As-Safra, Wadi Al-Qura, and Yanbu {is for Allah} He commands with it what He wills {and for the Messenger and for those} of near kin {and the orphans} the children of the Muslims whose fathers died while they were poor {and the needy} the Muslims who are in need {and the wayfarer} among the Muslims who are stranded on a journey, meaning the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is entitled to it and the four categories according to what he divided, that each of the four gets one-fifth of one-fifth and he gets the remainder {so that} ki means lam and an is understood after it {the spoils of war will not be} the reason for dividing it thus {a general distribution} circulating {among the rich among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you} given you of the spoils and other things {take it. And what he has forbidden you, refrain from it. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.}
