AL FAT-H (KEMENANGAN) — Ayat 4
هُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ السَّكِينَةَ فِي قُلُوبِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لِيَزْدَادُوا إِيمَانًا مَّعَ إِيمَانِهِمْ وَلِلَّهِ جُنُودُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
It is He who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their [present] faith. And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and ever is Allah Knowing and Wise.
Tafsir
{It is He who sent down tranquility} peace of mind {into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their faith} in the laws of religion. Whenever He sent down one of them, they believed in it, including jihad. {And to God belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth}. If He had wanted to support His religion through anyone other than you, He would have done so. {And God is Knowing} of His creation {Wise} in His creation, meaning He has always been characterized by that.
