AL FAJR (FAJAR) — Ayat 3

وَالشَّفْعِ وَالْوَتْرِ

And [by] the even [number] and the odd

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And even} is the pair. {And odd} with the opening of the waw and its breaking, two languages: the individual.
