{No} is a deterrent, meaning that honor is not achieved through wealth and humiliation through poverty, but rather it is achieved through obedience and disobedience, and the infidels of Mecca do not pay attention to that. {Rather, they do not honor the orphan} they do not treat him well despite their wealth or give him his share of the inheritance.
