{Pharaoh and Thamud} instead of the soldiers. The mention of Pharaoh was dispensed with regarding his followers, and their story that they were destroyed because of their disbelief. This is a warning to those who disbelieve in the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the Qur’an, so that they may learn a lesson.
