يُؤتِي الْحِكْمَةَ مَن يَشَاء وَمَن يُؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيراً وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلاَّ أُوْلُواْ الأَلْبَابِ
He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good. And none will remember except those of understanding.
Tafsir
Wisdom to bear any useful knowledge that leads to action whom it is wise to have borne much good Oti for his fate to eternal happiness and a little diphthong na originally altered learn a lesson in only Ulloa Kernels minds.
