AL BALAD (KOTA) — Ayat 3

وَوَالِدٍ وَمَا وَلَدَ

And [by] the father and that which was born [of him],

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And the father} meaning Adam {and what he begot} meaning his offspring, and what has the same meaning as who.
