AL ANBIYAA' (NABI-NABI) — Ayat 15
15
فَمَا زَالَت تِّلْكَ دَعْوَاهُمْ حَتَّى جَعَلْنَاهُمْ حَصِيدًا خَامِدِينَ
And that declaration of theirs did not cease until We made them [as] a harvest [mowed down], extinguished [like a fire].
Tafsir
{And those} words {continued to be their call} they used to call with them and repeat them {until We made them a harvest} like the crops harvested with sickles by killing them with the sword {extinguished} dead like the extinguishing of a fire when it is extinguished.
