AL 'ALAQ (SEGUMPAL DARAH) — Ayat 9

أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي يَنْهَى

Have you seen the one who forbids

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{Have you seen} in the three places of astonishment {the one who forbids} is Abu Jahl.
