AL 'ALAQ (SEGUMPAL DARAH) — Ayat 2

خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ

Created man from a clinging substance.

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{He created man} the gender {from a clot} plural of clot, which is a small piece of thick blood.
