AL AHQAAF (BUKIT-BUKIT PASIR) — Ayat 33
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَلَمْ يَعْيَ بِخَلْقِهِنَّ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَى أَنْ يُحْيِيَ الْمَوْتَى بَلَى إِنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Do they not see that Allah , who created the heavens and earth and did not fail in their creation, is able to give life to the dead? Yes. Indeed, He is over all things competent.
Tafsir
{Have they not seen} Do they not know, i.e., the deniers of resurrection, {that God who created the heavens and the earth and was not wearied by their creation} He was not incapable of it {is able} The predicate of “that” and the letter “ba” was added to it because the statement is in the form of “Is not God able?” {to bring the dead to life? Yes} He is able to bring the dead to life {He is over all things competent}.
