AL 'AADIYAAT (KUDA PERANG YANG BERLARI KENCANG) — Ayat 7

وَإِنَّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ

And indeed, he is to that a witness.

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And he is, over that} meaning his ingratitude {a witness} testifying against himself for his actions.
