AD DUKHAAN (KABUT) — Ayat 42

إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ اللَّهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

Except those [believers] on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
