AD DUKHAAN (KABUT) — Ayat 4
4
فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ
On that night is made distinct every precise matter -
Tafsir
{In it} meaning on the Night of Decree or the middle night of Sha’ban {every matter of wisdom is distinguished} is specified {of provisions, life spans, and other things that occur during the year until such a night.
