AD DUKHAAN (KABUT) — Ayat 2

وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ

By the clear Book,

Tafsir Ibnu Katsir

{And the Book} the Qur’an {that makes clear} the one that distinguishes what is permissible from what is forbidden.
