YAA SIIN — Ayat 82

إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ

His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.
