AN NAHL — Ayat 100
100
إِنَّمَا سُلْطَانُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُ وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِهِ مُشْرِكُونَ
His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allah .
