AL AN'AAM — Ayat 18
18
وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ
And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted [with all].
